Something for Fish Lovers!

Sautéed Sea Scallops

Approximately 2 lbs of fresh or fresh frozen sea scallops rinsed.
1/8 cup extra virgin olive oil
5 garlic cloves crushed
½- ¾ tsp. Real salt or kosher salt
½ tsp. ground pepper
¼ cup diced fresh chives
1 ½ tsp Italian seasoning

In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil on medium high. Immediately add the scallops and garlic.
Continue adding all other ingredients and sauté’ together, stirring regularly for 5-7 min. Never
over cook scallops. You don’t want them to get tough.

Serve with vegetables of your choice and a side salad.

This is an easy and very tasty seafood dinner. Enjoy!
