Honey Mustard Chicken Pasta

Written by Rachael Coe

My husband's favorite dish at a local restuarant is Honey Mustard Chicken. He has always wanted me to make at home so after much experimenting we finally came up with a recipe that he loves and if he could we would have it everyday.

Ingredients:
Olive Oil
2 - 3 Chicken Breasts
1/2 cup of honey
1 tsp of mustard
1/2 tsp of dill weed
5 - 6 strips of Turkey Bacon, cooked and crumbled
Angel Hair Pasta
1/2 cup of Monterey Jack Cheese

Directions:

Combine your honey, mustard and dill weed in a small bowl.

Saute your chicken breasts in a little bit of olive oil.

Brush a small amount of your honey mustard on both sides of your chicken. Once cooked, let cool for just a moment and then cube.

Cook your pasta according to the instructions. Drain your pasta, return to pan and combine with the chicken, bacon, and remaining honey mustard. Make sure it is heated through. Add cheese and serve.
