Picante Chicken

Looking for a quick, tasty, flavor-filled dinner tonight?  Here is a yummy entrée that I received from a Pastor's wife and friend from Bullhead City, Arizona.  We tried it and it's a keeper!

Picante Chicken

Sent by Sally Johnson

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

1 ½  cups mild picante sauce (you can add more fire by using a hotter picante if you'd like)

3 tab. Brown sugar

1 tab. Prepared mustard

Lay the chicken in a greased 9X9 baking dish.

Combine all the other ingredients and pour over the chicken.

Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until the juices run clear.

Pair with a hot vegetable and a side salad and serve over your favorite hot rice.   I prefer a mix of brown and wild rice.

You're ready to eat in 30 minutes!   Enjoy!
